Privacy Shield Certification
To facilitate our operations, we may transfer, store and process your personal information in jurisdictions other than where you live, including in the United States. Laws in these countries may differ from the laws applicable to your country of residence. RADANCY and its affiliates adhere to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework RADANCY has certified its compliance therewith. RADANCY is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. RADANCY is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. RADANCY complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, RADANCY is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, RADANCY may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Information Collection and Use
We may collect the following personal information from you:

Information Related to Data Collected through our Platform
RADANCY collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer
We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Access to Data Controlled by our Clients
We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data we process on behalf of our clients. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to our client (the data controller). If the client requests us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within thirty (30) days.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
User Access and Choice
Upon request, RADANCY will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. You have the right to amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of your personal information, or request that we no longer use it. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete, or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing our Customer Support at email@example.com. We will respond to your request to access personal information within thirty (30) days.
Opt-out Preferences - If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or accessing the email preferences in your account settings page.
Tracking Technologies / Cookies
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags, scripts or similar technologies are used by RADANCY and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers.
